Service Agreement and Long Distance Plans
Effective as of July 31, 2001, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) prohibited interstate domestic long distance carriers from filing tariffs for interstate, long distance services. Effective as of January 27, 2002, the FCC also prohibited long distance carriers from filing tariffs for almost all international, long distance services. Effective with these changes, GTC Communications provides this Long Distance Service Agreement that, together with GTC Residential Plans, GTC Business Plans, and GTC Terms and Conditions of Service describes the respective rights and obligations of you and GTC Communications with respect to the interstate and international long distance services that are provided to you. A copy of the Agreement is available below. Please read this Agreement carefully as it affects your rights. If you have any questions, please contact GTC Communications.
